Ingredients

  • 15 oz pureed pumpkin
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • To Serve
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsps pepitas—roasted and salted
