I’m obsessed with deviled eggs!
They are literally the easiest to make and really hard to mess up.
Since they make nice finger food, if you have a dinner party or potluck, they make an excellent appetizer.
While there are many keto-deviled eggs recipes out there, this one is my top pick.
With source cream and a dash of paprika, the egg mixture truly tastes top-notch.
- 3 large hard-boiled eggs
- 2 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.
- Carefully remove the yolks into a small mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash the yolks and mix them with mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the yolk mixture and put it in a cake icing bag. Pipe out the mixture into the egg white cups. Garnish it with a dash of paprika, and chopped parsley if desired.
