The best part is, that even those who hate veggies will enjoy this soup till the last drop.

Luckily, it’s just as easy to make a pot full as it is to finish it.

With an ample opportunity to throw in cheese, heavy cream, and some more cheese, you can enjoy a bowl on a keto diet.

With broccoli’s low carb content, the soup remains quite low-carb with a net carb count of 4 g per serving.

With 37 grams of total fat per bowl, it also helps you meet your fat intake on keto.

If you are like me and love cheese, I suggest you double your batch.

On a rare occasion that I have leftovers, I simply store it in an airtight container and save it for lunch the next day.

Instead of saltine crackers on the side, I suggest you enjoy it with a piece of cloud bread. With this recipe, it only nets you 25 calories with no net carb.

It won’t even begin to break your carb budget and help you enjoy the soup with peace of mind.
