It’s total carbs just to be safe.
I used MyFitnessPal to come up with the nutrition info, and unfortunately for these, it didn’t give me the net carb count.
It just stated “carbs”, so I’d assume total carbs.
Taking out items like chia seeds, protein powders, and hemp seeds may help.
